Super Seasoned Rice

Ingredients:
2 cups wild rice - cooked in chicken broth
1 large onion - minced
1 bell pepper - chopped
1 jalapeno - minced
1 tomato - chopped
1-2 carrots - finely chopped
2 sticks of celery - finely chopped
1-2 cloves garlic - minced
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
*1 tsp salt (optional)

Saute veggies in olive oil until tender-crisp. Stir in seasonings and rice and saute until well combined and heated through.
To turn this rice into a main dish just add some sauteed chicken or shrimp!
