Chocolate Chia Pudding

A pudding for us lactose intolerants.

1 cup non dairy milk of choice (I suggest almond or coconut)
1 banana
4 TBSP chia seeds
1 TBSP coconut oil (melted)
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 TBSP sweetener of choice
1 TBSP cocoa powder

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor - blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate 20-30 minutes before enjoying.
