Ingredients:
1 avocado
1 cloves garlic - peeled
1/4 cup roughly chopped cilantro
1/4 cup sour cream or plain greek yogurt
1 TBSP fresh lime juice
3 TBSP olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Process until smooth, scraping down the sides. Thin with water until it reaches desired consistency.
