Ingredients:
1 medium onion - diced
3 cloves garlic - minced
1 bell pepper - diced
2 jalapeños - seeded and diced
1 large sweet potato - chopped
2 lbs lean ground meat (chicken, venison or turkey)
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp salt
2 tsp cumin
1/2-1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 can diced tomatoes - low sodium
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and cook 8-10 hours on low.
Top with Avocado, scallions, fresh chopped jalapeño.
