Hot and sweet and my new favorite rub!
Ingredients:
2 TBSP brown sugar
2 TBSP salt
2 tsp ancho chili powder
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp black pepper
Combine all ingredients. Place pork ribs in a sealable plastic bag and coat with seasonings. Let marinate in the fridge at least 4 hours - I let mine sit all day.
Cook as desired.
