1/2-1 cup macaroni or pasta of choice
1 1/2 lbs ground beef or turkey
1/2 onion - chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
8 oz can tomato sauce
15 oz canned corn - drained and rinsed
1 can stewed or diced tomatoes
salt and pepper
Cook pasta according to directions.
Meanwhile, brown beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off fat and set aside.
Saute onions until soft. Add meat back to the pan and season with garlic powder, a little salt and pepper. Add everything else to the pan and heat through.
